Nate

My mother took Axel out of my hands and, happy with the attention he received from a woman, he laughed cheerfully and clapped his hands.

I looked around and only saw Andrew at the buffet, so I snuck up to him.

“Where is my harpy sister?” I asked, looking around.

“She’s in the bathroom,” he said, “How are you? I’ve seen you quite cheerful lately,” he glanced at me.

I had a huge smile, a smile that I couldn’t even control if I wanted to.

“And there it is,” said Andrew, “The boiled-fish smile that you were complaining about.”

“Oh shut up,” I said, shaking my head.

“And we also have a redness. I didn’t think you were a f*****g p***y Dare,” said Andrew, “Does that mean Maya’s the one?”.

I shrugged my shoulders, “Right now I can’t predict the future, I just know I can’t imagine my days without her.”

“Oh oh oh. I’m happy for you, and for her,” Andrew patted me on the back, “Don’t worry about Jess, she’s not mad at you, it’s just a shitty time for her,” Andrew’s face nodded, but he turned away, trying to hide it.

“Jess always has a shitty time,” I said, “But I got tired of her. Do you know how much Maya is suffering from this s**t situation? The world doesn’t revolve around Jess.”

“I’m aware of that, but it’s a really shitty time for Jess. Give her some time and see what happens to her.”

An old friend of my father’s arrived and interrupted our conversation, immediately attracting Andrew’s attention.

I frowned. Give my harpy sister time? More time? As if it was about her!

I turned around on my heels and went like a fury inside the house. I went up the stairs two at a time and I went to Jess’s room. I opened the door wide and there she was, sitting on the bed with her legs crossed, in front of her was Lucas on his knees on the ground.

Jess had her eyes reddened and her makeup poured. She looked at me frowning when I walked in.

“Are you done with drama Queen?” I asked disdainfully.

“Nate…” Lucas began to say.

“Nate nothing! I’m tired of her going on about things that don’t concern her! Do you realize the harm you’re doing to other people?! Do you realize what you’re doing to Maya? Do you really think that I would remain silent while watching the woman I love suffer because of your selfishness?”

Jess looked out, and Lucas opened his mouth.

“Do you love me?” a soft voice came from my left.

I looked up, realizing what I had just said, and looked at Maya at the bathroom door, holding a roll of toilet paper.

“You really never tell her that you love her? Barbarian,” Jess said, rolling her eyes.

Nate

My mother took Axel out of my hands and, happy with the attention he received from a woman, he laughed cheerfully and clapped his hands.

I cleared my throat and I shaved my head. I didn’t realize what I had said, it was just a sudden impulse dictated by anger, but I realized at that moment, that it was true. That awareness warmed my heart and soul, that part of me that I thought didn’t really exist. I wasn’t afraid of all that, on the contrary.

“Have you clarified?” I asked doubtfully.

Maya and Jess nodded together.

“Well then I’ll leave you alone”, I turned around on my heels and went out of the room in a fury, for fear of rejection by Maya.

It was early, maybe it was true. I was afraid she wasn’t ready for that step. I walked down the hall, ready to go down the stairs.

“Nate” heard me call.

I turned to find Maya near me. I don’t know when she reached me. I hadn’t even heard from her.

“Do you love me?” she repeated with emotion.

I jumped from foot to foot. I never did. It was the first time I was in that situation, struggling with those feelings. It was the first time I fell in love with someone. And the only time I intend to.

That realization stopped me. The realization that in my life I didn’t want anyone else, I didn’t need anyone else. I just needed Maya.

I looked at her, standing in the middle of the hallway, waiting for me, as I had been waiting all my life for her. With two strides, I reached her and took her face in my hands, and then collided my lips with hers.

A whirlwind of emotions ran through my whole body. I loved her. More than I could love anyone on the planet.

Maya laid her hands on my neck and immediately replied to my k**s.

I detached myself from her and placed my forehead on hers, closing my eyes and inhaling her perfume, letting it pervade my senses and relax every fiber of my body.

“Nate”, I hear her voice in a whisper.

“I love you, Maya,” I said again, with my eyes closed and holding her close to me.

I wanted to stay like this forever, with her in my arms, with her perfume invading me, with her body against mine.

Maya laid her hands on my shoulders, hoisting herself up to lift herself up. A second later, I felt her lips touching mine and her warm breath on my skin.

“I love you too,” she said in a whisper.

My knees almost gave way, I almost melted at those words, my heart began to stir in my chest furiously, and immediately I collided my lips against hers, taking her unawares. Without wasting time, I stuck my tongue in her mouth, making her meet with hers, unable to contain me anymore.

I pushed her against the wall, stuck my fingers in her hair, and g*****d in her mouth. Maya gave herself over completely to me. She wrapped my neck with her arms and answered my k**s with the same passion and intensity that I put there.

I grabbed her by the a*s and pushed her against me. My d**k was already quivering in my pants and I was tempted to push her into my old bedroom to f**k her until she screamed and let all the guests in the garden hear us.

I pushed her to my room when I heard someone clear their throat.

“Barbarian, can’t you wait to get home?” Jess heard.

I pulled away from Maya and snorted as I turned to my harpy sister who was leaning against the door of her bedroom.

“You always have perfect timing,” I said.

Maya laughed and put her forehead on my chest, then suddenly she raised her head and looked at me frowning.

“Where is Axel?”

“With my mother,” I said, moving her hair behind her ear.

Jess snorted theatrically.

“Do you understand what I have to endure every time we go out? I think they’re worse than you and Andrew,” Lucas heard.

Maya grabbed my chin and left me a mold-like k**s, causing the snap to resonate in the hallway.

She broke away from me and came back hopping happily in Jess’s room. I looked at my sister and saw her eyes rolling before she went back into the room.

I sighed and went back downstairs, fixing the crotch of my pants that was hurting me.

Maya

I walked into Jess’s room and threw myself on the bed, sighing, dreaming as a smile filled my face. He loved me! Nate Dare loved me!

I wanted to throw myself into his arms and tear my clothes off to show him how much I loved him, too.

“Look at her!” Lucas chirped.

“Oh shut up!” I said, throwing my arms over my cheerful head.

“I hoped to see Maya in love but I never thought she would be in love with my brother. What do you see in him?” Jess sat down next to me and looked at me.

“Apart from the s****l qualities of a Viking god? He f***s her like a fury and she is always disoriented after a s*x session with Nate,” Lucas said seriously.

“Lucas!” I yelled.

“Ugh!” Jess yelled at the same time, “I wasn’t interested in my brother’s s****l skills!”

“That is extraordinary among other things. Sometimes he f***s me so hard that I see the stars”, I admitted, without being able to control myself.

“May!” Jess yelled.

Lucas began to laugh without being able to control himself. I laughed too and felt complete. For the first time in my life.
