"Are... Are you saying that the buyer was the client I passed on to you?" Sandra asked.

"Yes. It's Mr. Zeller. You must join us for dinner tonight!" Alice replied.

Sandra was stunned. She was overwhelmed by the thought of Felix paying 25 million dollars in full. Her eyes reddened, and she almost burst into tears.

After snapping back to reality, she rushed out of the sales office and called Ruth.

"Sandra, what's up?" Ruth answered the call.

Sandra was on the verge of a tirade. Losing over a million dollars in commission because Ruth interfered was infuriating. Alice might have appeared to be thanking her, but in reality, she had become the joke of the whole department. However, Ruth's wealthy background and her past assistance to Sandra made it impossible for Sandra to lose her temper. "Ruth, that Felix guy really bought a fully furnished villa from my colleague. He paid 25 million dollars all at once." "No way!" Ruth exclaimed.

Sandra could tell from the crack in Ruth's voice just how much that had shaken her.

"It's true, Ruth. Could you be mistaken about Felix?" Sandra asked.

Anyone who could buy a villa in full so smoothly couldn't be a con artist.

"Got it." Ruth ended the call.

At that moment, Ruth was out shopping with Sasha. Seeing her hang up the phone, Sasha quickly asked, "What happened? That shout of yours just scared everyone around."

Ruth swallowed hard. Her expression was one of intense astonishment. "Felix just bought a 25-million-dollar villa in Tabiner Bay and paid in full. Could it be that he's truly wealthy but just keeping a low profile?"

Frowning, Sasha clenched her teeth and said angrily, "He doesn't have a penny! He talks one way but acts another. He claimed he wouldn't take back the generous gift he gave my dad. Now that he has money to buy a villa, my dad must have given him that porcelain teapot."

Hearing that, Ruth felt relieved. The 25 million dollar figure matched up perfectly. "This guy is really cunning, fitting the profile of a con artist. He even knows to invest in property for appreciation. Aren't you going to ask your dad?" Sasha was deeply upset. That 25 million dollars just went down the drain.

"What's the point of asking? With my dad's obstinate nature, no one can change his mind once he's set on something. Besides, the teapot has already been sold, so it's pointless to say anything." As she spoke, her body began to tremble. On second thought, she uttered, "No! I can't just let this go. Felix pushed me into this, and I need to teach him a lesson." 1

Ruth seemed to have an idea and patted Sasha. "Calm down. Your dad went through a lot to get that invitation to the Kinsley family's banquet. You can't do anything stupid today. However, I do have an idea that could ruin Felix completely." Hearing that, Sasha immediately turned to her. "Tell me quickly! I'm getting really fed up with Felix."
