The Lycan King’s Rejected Queen Chapter 82

“BECAUSE SHE WILL BE MY LUNA, VERY SOON.”

Beta Lucas and Gamma George were stunned when they heard that. They immediately stood up and looked at Alpha Rick.

Alpha Rick was looking at Alina who was looking down.

“What are you saying, Alpha Rick? Luna? Your Luna?” Gamma George asked.

Alpha Rick did not reply to him but only stared at Alina. He wanted to see his expression. She didn’t deny it nor she accepted it.

Alpha Rick turned to Lucas and George and said,

“You two can talk with her. She will explain it to you. I am leaving now. I have some work remaining to do.”

Beta Lucas nodded at him.

Alpha Rick went to the door but stopped and turned around.

“One thing I forgot to tell you. Don’t tell your King about Alina now. Let him come here.”

Beta Lucas frowned at him. “Let him come here? Are you serious?”

“Why? What’s wrong?” Alpha Rick asked.

Alina inhaled and tightened her fists. Only one thing was running through her mind, That was King Aaron.

“What about Alina? He will see her.”

“Then let him see her.”

Alina looked up at him and shook her head.

“Rick, what about Lucas? King Aaron will get to know that Lucas helped me that night.”

“He will not do anything to him. Beta Lucas is his best friend. Am I right Beta Lucas?”

Alpha Rick smirked at him.

Beta Lucas did not know what to say. He was not afraid for himself but for Alina. He looked at Gamma George.

Gamma George nodded at him. He mind linked him and said everything would be okay.

Beta Lucas took Alina’s hand and said,

“Don’t worry. You moved on with your life and now we know who the real culprit is. Though we can not say anything about it to Aaron because we don’t have any proof, you can live your life without fear. Because you are under someone else, someone else’s pack. He rejected you as his Queen. So no worries. He also did not have any evidence that you killed his father except an eyewitness. So relax. Everything will be okay.”

“Yes?”

“He found e chosen mete for him.”

Alina stared at him. “What about you Lucas?”

“I will handle him.”

Alpha Rick nodded at them and left the room.

Alina told Lucas and George about everything. She explained to them how she spent her times here. She told them that Alpha Rick was a good person who gave her shelter.

“Alina, do you really want to spend your life with him?” Beta Lucas asked.

“When I told him that the Late king’s death’s blame is on my head. Do you know what he says? He said he knew I did not do it. He believed me. He is a very good person and a very good friend. I thought he was arrogant at first but he is the best companion for me.”

Gamma George shook his head. “Alina, a good friend and a lover, are both very different persons.”

Alina’s eyes went cold. “The man who wanted to kill me, he can not be my lover anymore. I don’t love him. He is a betrayer. He is a foolish man. People are afraid of him not for his ability but for his foolishness. Who knows when he will take a decision and kill an innocent.”

“Alina, that’s not like that.”

“How can you both even talk with me about him? How?? Now I know why people could not say anything to him. They know that he can kill any person without even thinking. I can feel them now.”

Beta Lucas and Gamma George both were silent.

Alina stood up. She wanted to show them their rooms.

“Let’s go, I will take you two to your rooms.”

Gamma George and Beta Lucas stood up and followed her.

Alina showed Gamma George to his room. He went inside his room.

Then Alina showed Beta Lucas to his room. When she was about to leave, Lucas stopped her.

“Alina.”

“Yes?”

“He found a chosen mate for him.”

Alina’s eyes were Crystal clear as if she did not care at all.

“See if I care.” Alina replied and left from there.

Alina went downstairs and heard Alpha Clark talking to Luna Julie. Alina joined them.

“Tomorrow King Aaron is coming here. I thought he would change his mind but no, he is coming here.” Alpha Clark said.

“Yeah, he is coming with his soon to be Queen.” Luna Julie said.

Alina stared at them blankly. She learned from the ancient teacher that she could not express her feelings through her face. It was one of the biggest rules as King or Queen, Alpha or Luna.

Alina played with her fingers. She looked at her palm and thought how strange life was, especially the fate.

‘Tomorrow the man of my nightmares will come. I don’t know what will happen. I don’t know if he will kill me the moment he sees me. But one thing is sure that I will not let my head down in front of him, not again. He played with my heart. When the time came to support me, showing his trust in me, he betrayed me.

So what if his mother was saying that it was me who killed his father? I did not do anything. If he killed me, an innocent person would die who did not commit the crime.’

Luna Julie looked at her. She observed her today’s morning too. She thought whenever Alina heard about King Aaron, she looked somehow sad.

“Alina.” Luna Julie called her.

“Yes?” Alina came out of her thoughts and replied.

She made herself clear that she would not think about him again. If he would try to kill her, she would handle it. But worry about it, it was a waste of time.

‘I am surprised that he has even chosen his new Queen. I have no other thing to think.’

Alina exhaled and looked at Luna Julie who was frowning at her. She looked confused.

She spoke out,

“HAVE YOU EVER MET KING AARON?”
