The Headmaster Alpha's Mate -
The Headmaster Alpha’s Mate Chapter 113
The Diary of Chloe Colton, Mate, Princess, Luna, and WIFE!
2nd of January
Dear Diary,
So, I am writing this with a head that is pounding, feeling more than a little bit sick, and I have a mouth that feels like I have licked a hedgehog’s arse.!
I found out yesterday, after our wedding, that despite claims to the contrary, werewolves can indeed get s**t faced!
Honestly, it was not my fault, I put the blame firmly on Robin!
After we returned from the church, we partied back at the pack, and my cousin in his infinite wisdom, decided to grab a couple of bottles of his special werewolf blend Scottish whiskey, which is reserved only for special occasions.
I must admit, Zander did try and warn me, but after two glasses of the lethal concoction, I was not listening, far too busy dancing up a storm to the f*****g spice girls of all things? I mean, me dancing to pop music from the late 90’s, what the hell was that about!
The next glass Robin poured whilst laughing, Zander again attempted to warn me, but I remember telling my new husband, and mate, to stop being such and old man. I think I need to apologise again for that snipe at his age. Although he was fine this morning about it, only laughed at my grunting and groaning, however, he did make me attend training, and that s**t is no fun when you have drunk a bottle of werewolf whiskey the night before. So, I guess he got his revenge.
I have a vague memory of running around everyone telling them I was scary spice! It was then, Faith decided to be an adult and offered to keep Phoenix with her and Luke for the night. Whatever we are paying her is not enough, our beta is a life saver!
Now, I may or may not have shouted for us all to skinny dip in the pool, which was f*****g freezing might I add. The best part of that was the Vicar stripped down to his large green Y fronts and jumped right in. He is a hoot, never more so than when he danced the ‘can can’ in his Cossack, lifting it up and wiggling his backside at the end. I also have a vague memory after he did that, of making him an honorary pack member!
I actually still think that Idea was kind of cool. Him becoming an honorary pack member, but allocating him as my forever drinking buddy, well that is not going to happen, because dear diary… NEVER AGAIN! Because dear diary, hangovers suck a*s.
I would have liked to write how Zander and I had a romantic night, making love till dawn, and all that shite you read in romance books. But no, I was finally carted off to bed, by my husband, who picked me up and threw me over his shoulder, much to everyone’s amusement, and brought me to our bedroom. In my drunken state, I tried to be all sexy, and give him a lap dance, when we got to the room, only for the said room to spin uncontrollably, and Zander having to carry me to the bathroom, then have Caroline bring me a bucket, to keep by the bed, ‘just in case’.
And so it was, that the royal wedding of the millennium, ended up with the bride having her head in a bucket all night, whilst the groom rubbed her back, laughing like a hyena at her.
Well, he did vow for better or worse, in sickness and in health.
I am seriously contemplating making a royal decree to outlaw Robins special whiskey, because that stuff is lethal!
Well, I best go get showered and ready, because today we are visiting Hannah, she was unable to make the journey to the wedding, and I am concerned about her. Plus, Josh and Nicki want to introduce her to baby Hannah.
After that we have Liane to deal with, Peters guards did a great job of capturing her in the forest, where she apparently appeared from nowhere, and she is now residing in the basement holding cells, awaiting interview, so we can finally get to the bottom of what the hell is going on with her.
Until next time

“Are you ready?” Zander asked as he walked into the bedroom, holding Phoenix in his arms.
“Sorry, was just writing my diary, to immortalize our wedding night.” Chloe laughed, then walked over to Phoenix, who giggled at her, the scrunched up her little nose and instantly looked away.
“I think our daughter requires her mamma to take a shower. She is not wrong Chloe, you stink of stale booze and training sweat, it is not a good combination.” Zander laughed.
“Charming, I am sure. Give me five minutes.” Chloe answered, heading to the bathroom.
“I would make it ten my mate, seriously, you stink.” Zander chuckled.
Chloe pouted at her new husband, and stormed into the bathroom, muttering that now he has a ring on it the romance is gone.
The fresh Scottish air blowing through the open window of the black range rover, helped clear Chloe’s hangover, as they pulled up to the Silverback pack. Josh and Nicki, Robin and Lacey in the cars behind them. As they walked out to the pack house Chloe looked at how much bigger it was than before. Josh and Nicki were doing a great job in providing enough decent accommodation for all of their pack members.
“This looks great, they have doubled the size of the pack house.” Chloe commented to Zander.
“Yes, I know, they also have built ten more cottages as well, they are doing a great job.” Zander praised his brother and sister-in-law.
Chloe opened the back door of the car and took Phoenix out of her car seat, as the little one giggled, but instantly wanted to be put down.
“The gravel will scrape your knee’s Phoenix.” Chloe tried to protest, but her daughter had a stubborn streak, and wanted to be on the floor.
Still holding the little girl tightly, Chloe walked into the pack house, then put her onto the floor.
Phoenix immediately crawled to a side table in the hallway, then full of confidence she pulled herself up onto her feet.
“WOW Cleaver Girl!” Chloe clapped excitedly. Phoenix really was starting to catch up on her development.
Zander walked in, his smile wide as he saw his daughter standing, bobbing up and down in excitement.
“DADDA” Phoenix shouted, then let go of the table, and walked towards him, wobbling after a few steps.
“She walked!” Chloe shouted with glee.
“Come on Phoenix, good girl, who is very clever, walk to Daddy.” Zander encouraged her.
Josh and Nicki walked into the room, holding baby Hannah.
“Wow, she is walking!” Nicki shouted with glee.
“I know, she just pulled herself up on that table and she is off.” Chloe grinned with pride.
Baby Hannah began to cry, and Nicki smiled down at her daughter.
“She is hungry…AGAIN!” Nicki laughed, then took her to the living area, as Josh followed with a muslin wrap, and covered his mate as she fed the baby, so that she could keep her modesty, and he could keep Jerry from growling at anyone who happened to pass whilst nursing their child.
“How is your head cousin?” Robin laughed as both him and Lacey joined the group of Alpha’s and Luna’s.
“Better, but I am still not speaking to you.” Chloe pouted, making Robin chuckle and Lacey laugh.
“I did warn you.” Zander laughed again at her.
“So once this little hungry monster is fed, we will head straight over to see Hannah.” Nicki smiled.
After the baby was done with her feed, Nicki passed her straight to Josh.
“I did the feed and have sore n*****s to prove it, so you can do the nappy.” She grinned up at him.
“Cheers, seriously, how can one tiny baby produce that much poop?” Josh asked, shaking his head, then took the baby and began to change her.
As the group reached the stepping-stones across the river, Chloe felt a wave of sadness wash over her, and she could not understand why.
“Are you okay?” Zander asked, instantly picking up in the change of mood from his mate.
“I don’t know, I feel really sad all of a sudden.” Chloe looked up at him.
Zander wrapped his arm around Chloe’s waist, and took Phoenix from her arms, to make sure the little one got across the steppingstones safely.
The door to the old run-down cottage creaked as it opened, but rather than be greeted by Hannah in her rocking chair knitting up a storm, the small room was empty.
“Hannah” Chloe shouted.
“In here.” Her weak voice echoed from the bedroom.
Chloe looked at Zander, who squeezed her hand, and they walked into the bedroom, to find Hannah wrapped up in her long scarf under the bed covers. Hannah’s face was pale, her skin almost translucent.
“Pull up a chair, Chloe.” Hannah’s weak voice requested.
Chloe pulled up the old wooden chair that sat in the corner of the room, and took a seat, her eyes stinging with tears.
“Do not cry, it is my time. I have my final messages for each of you.” Hannah softly spoke.
Robin and Lacey walked into the room, Phoenix sat on Chloe’s lap, Josh cradled baby Hannah in his arms, as Nicki watched the elderly lady, a tear falling down her cheek.
“Hello Phoenix, this little one will have her own story, and will be known as the Omega Princess.” Hannah smiled at the little girl.
“Baby Hannah, she is going to achieve greatness, the bridge you and Joshua begin to build, between werewolf and humans, she will complete. Her path is not to take over the pack, it is bigger than that. But your Son, will be a wise and strong Alpha, and fully werewolf. I am sorry I will not be here to see him, but I will watch over all of you, and your offspring when I am gone.” Hannah smiled.
“Robin, your daughters will be a blessing to you and Lacey, they will be like their parents a beacon of hope.” Hannah smiled at them.
“War is coming, before the snow melts, be ready. Your gifts will awaken Chloe, use them wisely. Zander you will be a wise King, a protector over the packs, fair and just. You both will also have a Son, and another daughter in the years to come. When they are born, I have something for both of them in my chest in the corner.” Hannah announced.
“The girl Liane, her fate is undecided, but remember, mercy always triumphs over judgement. Trust in Chloe’s gift of discernment.” Hannah stated, her eyes becoming wide as she made her prediction.
“Now, it is my time to sleep, to rest. My work is done, but before I go on my final journey. Chloe, take my hand.” Hannah spoke her voice getting weaker by the second.
Chloe reached over and gently took Hannah’s frail hand in hers.
“I bless you Chloe Colton, Queen of the werewolf’s, I transfer to you a double portion of my prophetic gifting, remember some visions and dreams are symbolic, some are as it will happen, others serve as a warning, if you do not chance course. You will learn to discern each of them. Let the gift I have reside within me pass to you and increase in power.” Hannah smiled.
Chloe felt a wave of tingles wash over her body, as she lunged forward, and let out a sound like a fire alarm from her mouth, as power rushed through her. Chloe’s eyes closed, and she saw a battlefield, Zander and her one side, Amanda Bines and Ken the other, there were many bodies laid around them, both sides had taken losses, but then the vision changed, she was sat upon a throne, with Zander by her side, as a crown was placed on her head. As she opened her eyes, Hannah smiled.
“I will be watching, good night my dear friends.” The old lady smiled, then closed her eyes and took her final breath’s.
