But now... this night, Athena had a bad dream.

She dreamed that a spider web trapped Byron. His limbs and body were entangled by the white spider web. The spider silk on his neck was particularly strong, even causing red blood to ooze. The pale spider silk was stained red by blood.

He looked pale and fragile and looked at her with reddened eyes. His lips moved a bit as if he was talking, but the words seemed unheard, and Athena couldn't even hear a single word. She just yelled his name in her dream.

"What's wrong?" He subconsciously stretched out his hand and embraced Athena's back, pulling her closer to his chest.

"There is nothing..." Athena shook her head. "It's just my biological clock, so I woke up."

Byron glanced at the time.

It was only half past four.

"I'll hug you and sleep for a while," Byron said softly. He then wholly hugged Athena and patted her on the back lightly.

Athena's racing heart slowly calmed down.

As long as he was by her side, whether it was the giant spider in her dream or anything else, no one could take him away from her again.

She then took a shallow nap.

Athena woke up at six o'clock.

While freshening up, Byron followed her all the time.

When she finished freshening up, she turned around, leaned against the sink, and raised her hand to touch Byron's cheek. "I'll take Aiden and Mia to school in a while, then head to the company. Gideon will come at around nine o'clock. Do you remember what you promised me yesterday?"

Byron nodded. "Okay."

"That's my good man."

Athena kissed Byron.

She then went downstairs.

After sending Aiden to school, only Mia was left in the car.

"Baby, what's wrong?" Athena touched her head. "Are you still worried about Iris?"

"Yeah," Mia nodded.

"Don't worry, I'll come in and accompany you to school just to take care of this matter," Athena assured Mia with a strong sense of security.

After sending Mia to the school gate, Athena turned around and saw Ottilie.

"Are you here for the person who bullied Mia yesterday?"

"About right," Athena touched Ottilie's head. "Don't meddle in this matter, little kid."

Ottilie nodded, looked at the time again, and then walked towards the school gate after bidding farewell to Athena.

After classes started here, Athena went directly to the head teacher's office.

"Mrs. Crawford, it must have caused you trouble again!" When the head teacher saw Athena, her face was full of apology. Without being overly polite, Athena's gaze landed on a timid girl behind the head teacher.
