Chapter 1315 She Won't Forgive You

Robert shouted the last words hoarsely.

Byron laughed after hearing it.

"So what? If she can live well without me, I may be sad. But I will also be thankful and happy. Whether my wife is happy or not is always more important than my feelings." Byron looked at Robert. "I love her. Do you understand?"

Robert looked at Byron in shock.

Then, he laughed.

"Byron, it turns out there is no difference between you and me. We are both humble poor guys in love."

"You are the only one who is poor." Byron sneered, "Heather doesn't love you, but Athena loves me."

"You are good at deceiving yourself. If you hadn't threatened Athena with George, Rose, and the custody of the two children, would she have married you?" Robert knew much about Byron and Athena. He accurately grasped Byron's weakness.

At that moment, there was a bang outside.

Robert suddenly became solemn.

Picking up the remote control, he turned on the monitoring equipment at the door. A slender figure showed on the screen.

"Thea!"

Byron exclaimed, his voice trembling.

Robert was somewhat confused.

He confirmed again and again that Athena was the only one who came.

How did she escape from Hensley? How did she find the place where they were?

"Robert, Heather will never forgive you for killing innocent people like this."

Athena looked around and fixed her eyes on a monitoring camera.

Robert gripped the armrests of his wheelchair.

In fact, Freya and her friend, Ruby, Chad, Wayde, and Byron, were the final targets that Robert had promised Heather.

Robert didn't kill Byron's bodyguards and dismissed everyone who stayed there to care for him because he didn't want to kill anyone else. Otherwise, when Heather saw him later, she would be angry with him. One more Annie was enough.

Robert was sure that no one could find him there.

Unexpectedly, Athena escaped and found them.

The time had not yet come.

The waves were not huge enough to have the power to destroy everything.

If Robert had acted at that moment, Byron might not die.

Robert kept sullen and said nothing.

It didn't matter.

The gate was locked, and Athena couldn't get in by herself.

Robert had to wait at most thirty minutes.

After thirty minutes, the waves would be huge enough.

Something out of Robert's expectations happened.

Athena, who yelled outside without response, walked to the lock.

She tried the password solemnly.

The last who left and closed the door was a servant, and Robert didn't think anyone would come, so the door was not locked inside.

Athena tried Heather's birthday and Robert's, but they were wrong.

She became more and more anxious.

When she left the police station, she wanted to rush to the famous house that Byron used to visit.

On her way, Athena received a call from Dorian.

"Mrs. Crawford, don't come here. Here is a trap. Martin and the others all lost consciousness in a house. Mr. Crawford is not here. He must have been taken to another place," Dorian said briefly. "Another place?" Athena was astonished. "Where is he? Have you found him?"

"There is a suspected place. I'm going there now. You'd better go home," Dorian said in a deep voice, "Or you can wait for me somewhere. I will go to meet you."

"Send me the address. I've been in touch with the police. I'll tell them to rush over to save Byron," Athena said in a deep voice.
