Grant gave him a quick glance and walked off with purpose. Connor, meanwhile, headed over to Chloe. She was already feeling satisfied after devouring two bowls of almond jelly and a small piece of cake. But there she was, approaching with another mini cake in hand. Chloe handed the cake to Connor with a smile, "Feeling hungry? Take a bite, this is really delicious." Connor accepted it, "Come on, we need to talk."
