"Not another word from you, you animal!

The Black Tortoise King's face was ashen with fury. He roared as he pointed at Oliver. "How dare you expect my help after

your heinous deeds? What you did was worthy of public execution, and the White Tiger King was gracious enough to spare

your life. How dare you beg for more?

"Get on your knees and thank him, now!"

That was hardly what the Black Tortoise King wanted. However, things had already happened to that extent, and he could

do nothing about it.

Oliver froze, rooted to the ground in shock.

Then, he took a deep breath and turned toward the White Tiger King to thank him. "Thank

you for your wise and gracious judgment, Your Majesty."

The White Tiger King merely grunted in response. "Alright, you can leave now."

Then, he turned toward the Black Tortoise King. "He's your son. You can see him off."

The Black Tortoise King nodded before leaving the room with Oliver in tow.

Following that, Colon Phoenix bid her goodbyes as well.

Leia and Mona watched the scene with unreadable expressions on their faces.

"Father!"

Mona walked forward, grabbed the White Tiger King's arm, and said, "I don't understand

why you forgave Oliver so easily! The b*stard nearly tainted Leia's purity, and he even

framed Honorable Master Darby. Aren't you letting him off way too easily by merely

banishing him from the Demon tribe?"

Leia remained silent, but she felt displeased and confused at the same time.

"So I think you should just accept things as they are for now."

The Black Tortoise King reached out and patted Oliver's shoulder. "Don't worry. Once

everything is fine, I'll let you return to the Demon tribe. You have my word. The Black

Tortoise tribe still needs you as their leader."

Oliver managed to calm down a little. He nodded. "Alright. I shall bid you farewell now, Father. Don't worry. I won't let you

down."

Oliver bid goodbye to the Black Tortoise King and soared off into the distance.

Meanwhile, Darryl had passed out from weakness and exhaustion after he was taken away.

He did not know how long it had been when he woke up with a splitting headache from hunger and fatigue.

Darryl froze after he cast a glance around him.

He was in a stone room. It was minimally furnished, with only a stone bed. However, there was a blood seal lining the stone

door.
