Alina screamed in fear and fainted.

When she woke up she saw she was in the dungeon. She saw yellow lights there. She could see the dungeon now. She was in a silent place where no one was there with her.

It was like a small hall only for her. She could see b***d on the floor here and there.

Alina put her legs closer to her chest and cried aloud. She could not understand what she was doing. Did she do something when she was asleep? Was it even possible?

She didn’t eat the whole day so she felt hungry. But the smell of rotten came to her nose and she wanted to vomit.

“Moon Goddess, tell me why you are angry with me. I was doing fine. Why did you separate the light of morning from me? Why is there only night darkness here? Why did you snatch my last hope? I thought he was my mate, and I would live with him my whole life happily but he does not believe me. I was so foolish to fall in love with a man who always came to haunt me in my nightmares.”

Alina thought he would kill her that time. But he did not kill her, he put her in this dungeon.

“Didn’t you promise me that you will do everything fine? Then why are you doing this with me? Why are you giving me the punishment for a crime which I have never committed? Why??? Why did I even fall for you? I had a chance to run away from this territory from your horrible royal life but you did not let me. You wanted me to die so much.”

Alina said and cried. Nobody was coming to her to listen to her pain. She was all alone. The fear of death was hunting her alive. She wanted to live in this place. She wanted to go back abroad and live her life just like before.

“Isn’t it about just one month? I will go back in one month. Then why did I end up like this? How??”

Alina was distressed. She wanted to talk to her parents but her parents would die if they tried to contact her.

She hoped that her parents would not come there or run away from this pack.

“If something happens to them, I can’t forget myself even if I am dead. They came here just because of me. They were happy outside of the pack. I was the one who wanted them here.”

She was a happy soul but did not know that she had to bear all of this in her life.

She waited for a long time but no one came to meet her.

After a long night,

Alina heard the sounds of heels. She immediately stood up and came to the door of the dungeon. It was a big door that had no bars. But Alina could see who was outside through the small hole in the window.

She saw someone coming closer. It was a long hall outside. It was called the dungeon Alina thought. She could not believe all the other criminals were there and she was here with those criminals.

Maybe the other criminals would live more but she was going to die. Soon, in just two days.

Alina saw who came here to meet her. It was Crystal.

‘Crystal came to help me!’ Alina thought and forgot how Crystal lied to everyone.

“Alina.”

“Crystal you have come?”

Crystal smiled at her and stood there. Two guards came behind her and opened the door for Crystal.

Crystal came inside and the guard closed the door. They even closed the hole in the door. Alina did not know it could be closed too.

“Crystal you came to save me right?” Alina asked her with hope in her eyes.

Crystal smiled at Alina. Alina thought Crystal came to her with good news. She thought maybe, maybe Crystal would come here to save her. Maybe Aaron got to know the truth and told Crystal to let her go.

Alina looked at Crystal but her eyes fell on Crystal’s leg.

“Crystal? Your legs. Weren’t they bandaged before? Then how did you heal so fast?” Alina asked Crystal. She saw Crystal’s legs were not bandaged anymore. Crystal was not a werewolf like them who had the power of healing. Then how did her wound heal so fast?

“This?” Crystal shook her legs and continued, “Who told you it healed? I didn’t even get any wounds here.”

Alina was confused. “But you fell down when you came to the pack house. Didn’t you tell everyone that you got in an accident when you went to buy a gift for my wedding?”

Crystal stared at Alina for a second then laughed like a crazy woman as if Alina said a joke and she could not control her laugh.

“Pfftt!!!”

“Crystal, why are you laughing?”

Alina could not understand why Crystal was behaving like this. Had she gone crazy because King Atlas had died?

Alina went to Crystal and touched her shoulders.

“Crystal why are you behaving like this?”

Crystal shoved her hands hard and Alina fell to the ground. “AAAAHH!”

Alina’s knees were already injured because of the fall from the window. Then with that wound, she ran for hours until Aaron caught her. She was only an Omega. So her healing power was very low. It would take time for her to heal.

When she fainted, she did not know what happened to her. She thought Aaron would kill her but when she woke up she was in this dungeon.

She turned back to Crystal who was her best friend.

“Crystal.”

Alina thought Crystal still thought that she killed Atlas. But it was not the truth. Alina knew how much Crystal respected Atlas and how much Atlas loved her. Atlas always behaved well with her.

“Alina, why did you kill Uncle Atlas? Do you know how much Aunt Daisy was crying? She felt sick and she had to go to the pack house because of that. Do you know how much Aaron is angry at you? He buried his father’s coffin a few hours ago and now he left the pack for one day. He said he will come back when it is time for your death.”

Alina was speechless. In one day, everyone’s life turned into this. ‘H-He has left? Will he come to see me dead? Does he hate me this much? Why can’t he just believe in me once?’

She told Crystal, “I don’t know why this is happening. But I don’t know who killed him. Why didn’t you say that time that you came to my room Crystal? Why did you lie to everyone? If you at least support me, maybe I could have convinced him to let me go.”

Crystal frowned at her. “Why would I?”

“Crystal why are you saying this? Didn’t you want to help your best friend? I am going to die Crystal. Can you believe that? His mother is lying. I don’t why she is lying but she is lying. You lied too. Why is everyone doing this with me???”

Crystal came close to Alina slowly and bent in front of her.

“Tell me Alina, why did you kill him?”

Alina shook her head. “I am telling you the truth, Crystal, I didn’t kill him.”

She saw Crystal smirked at her and replied,

“You Are Right, Bestie. You Didn’t Kill Him Because I Did.”
