“Alina is much better than your best friend Chloe’s daughter. Alina is better to be the Queen than Crystal.”

Aaron stood up and said, “Can you stop both of you?”

Daisy was still glaring at Atlas. She was a good wife but she was the dominant Queen too. She was the Queen of Lycans. Though she was an Alpha female, Lycans bowed to her when she was the Queen. She was a dominant lady. Her experience did not come in one day. She also had to struggle a lot.

Atlas looked away from his wife. His wife, Daisy did not like his best friend Chloe because Chloe loved him. He also had feelings for his best friend but when he found his mate, he controlled his feelings in his heart and accepted Daisy. Then day by day he fell for his wife and the feelings for his best friend faded away.

He did not want his best friend to suffer anything. That was why he made her his royal witch.

Chloe did not let go of Atlas and told him that he could not live without him, but he convinced her that she would find true love too.

Few years later, he heard that his best friend was pregnant. He found out the father of the child was a wizard. He felt relaxed that his best friend Chloe finally could move on with someone.

But Chloe did not want to be with the man. She wanted to be a single mother. After that, her daughter needed many things and as a single mother she needed support.

Atlas went to her most of the time and Daisy knew it. Daisy did not like it but she shut her mouth because he was the King at that time and nobody could argue with the King.

“I heard both of your thoughts. But I don’t need your suggestions. I am alone enough to make my own decision. So you both just relax and don’t quarrel with each other.” Aaron said.

He looked at his mother. “Mom.”

Daisy looked away from his husband and left the living room without replying to anyone.

Atlas looked upset when he saw his wife’s behavior. If he was the king right now maybe he would not be upset. But after retired in these four years, only his wife was with him, giving him company. He had no one now, in fact, his officials did not come to meet him.

Aaron glanced at his father. “I don’t want to go deep. But if my mom did not like anything, I won’t appreciate that thing too. We are taking care of Crystal as our family member. But don’t raise your hopes higher. She can not be the Queen.”

“But my son-“

“I have not finished yet.” Aaron said and continued.

“First, I am a werewolf, not a human who can choose any other creature. Second, don’t forget I can also have a mate. So your dream about making Crystal my Queen can not fulfil my both reasons. That is why you should stop talking about the matter. I don’t want to hear about this topic again.” Aaron said and about to leave.

But his father spoke behind him.

“I don’t care if Crystal will be your Queen or not. But don’t think about any weak creature who is not perfect to be your Queen, Aaron. A weak Queen can pull down the whole kingdom with her. Don’t forget that.” Atlas said.

Aaron turned to him. “I know what is good for my kingdom, you don’t have to think about it. Just relax and live your life happily. It’s your time to rest. I am here to think about all of this.”

Atlas stared at his son. He did not know what else to say more.

Aaron turned around and left the living room.

He went to his residential palace.

He did not go to this office but went to his garden. He thought about what his mother said.

‘Is mother okay if I make an Omega as my Queen? But how? Isn’t it impossible?’

He was very confused. His parents were almost fighting over his Queen. If he tells them that he found his mate and she was Alina. What would be their reaction?

Aaron began to walk inside the garden. He looked at the weather and saw that it was a sunny day so all roses were glowing under sunlight.

The roses made him remind Alina. The second night when Alina came to the pack house, he called her here.

He never called any woman before but he called her to tell her that she could not talk about them to others.

But after that this woman started to search for another mate for her. That made him angry. He did not know who she was searching for. He tried to find but every pack fighter said they did not know about her.

Aaron looked at the garden and remembered how Alina cried in front of him like a child and how she took his hand. She looked worried about his wound that night.

‘If she cared about me then why did Crystal say she fell for a pack fighter? She even danced with Alpha Rick so closely. I can’t believe I am even thinking about her.’

He was baffled with his own thoughts. He did not know how to explain his heart to anyone. How to tell that what he was feeling right now? Because he was confused with all of this.

He came out of the garden and called Shaline.

The chief maid Shaline came immediately. She was his chief maid and loyal person. He trusted this woman. She was young but did not try something on him. She was faithful.

“Yes, My king.” Shaline came and bowed to him.

Shaline was nervous that, if she did something wrong. Because normally the king never called her personally until he had something urgent.

She prepared herself to take all the punishment or his orders.

But what king Aaron said made her bewildered.

“When Alina comes, go to her. Tell her to come to my garden after her dinner.”
