The Headmaster Alpha’s Mate Chapter 32

Zander led Chloe into the dining room, his hand in hers, as they made their way to the top table reserved for the Alpha, and leadership team. Chloe moved to sit on the chair next to him, only to have a possessive growl escape from her mate, as he placed her on his lap. Pack members began to filter into the large room that was filled with long tables to ensure everyone had a seat who required it. Some of the pack ate at home. If they lived in the mated cottages that were dotted around the grounds, others chose to eat at the pack house, saving them time before continuing their duties, or training.

Gamma Jackson approached his seat at the table and mind linked Zander.

“Alpha Josh is on his way after they finish lunch, he also said they are bringing a girl with them. Amy, who wants to start at the academy tomorrow.”

Zander nodded his thanks, as the food began to arrive.

“Josh and Nicki will arrive after lunch, they are bringing Amy. How do you feel about organising her a room for tonight, Luna?” he smiled down at her.

Chloe nodded her head, her cheeks flushed with the embarrassment of sitting on the Alphas lap, at the dinner table.

Piling Chloe’s plate high with chicken, steak, sausages, and a pork chop, along with some fries, mushrooms and onion rings, Zander nodded at her to begin eating.

“That is too much food!” Chloe protested; she would never manage all of it.

“Eat as much as you can, once we have the meeting with Josh and Nicki, you are both going to do some extra training. I need you to be able to defend yourself.” Zander sighed out.

Chloe began eating the food, managing over half, but her stomach was beginning to stretch uncomfortably so stopped.

“You did well.” Zander smiled proudly, then after finishing his own food, he began to devour her leftovers.

“You have hollow legs.” Chloe declared, looking at her big strong Alpha polishing off the food.

“What can I say, I am a growing boy” Zander winked at her, the pushed his permanent bulge in his trousers upwards towards her bottom.

Chloe giggled slightly, then wiggled in his lap, just to wind him up a little, the low growl from Zander indicated it had worked.

Finished the food, Zander led Chloe to an office next to his own.

“This is the Luna’s office, you can sort out Amy’s accommodation from here, plus there are numbers for everyone you need to help get things for her on the laptop spreadsheet. The pass code is 1234, change it to your own personal number and tell no one. That door to your left is to my office, if you need me just come in, no need to knock, unless I have a meeting.” Zander smiled.

“Erm” Chloe began her cheeks going red.

Zander looked at his embarrassed mate, his eyebrow raised wondering if she did not know how to use the laptop and was embarrassed.

“So, am I sleeping in with Nicki tonight?” Chloe asked, crossing her fingers under her new desk really hoping she wasn’t.

“I think Josh will want Nicki with him tonight, especially after we give them the news, and well, I definitely want you with me. It is going to be hard enough when you go to school tomorrow for the week.” Zander growled slightly.

Chloe flashed him the biggest smile and nodded her head.

“I know it is on the Alpha’s floor, but the room has already been set up for guests, could I put Amy in there for tonight, I think Lacy will have organised her accommodation at the school already?” Chloe asked, it made perfect sense to her, but she was unsure of the protocol, given Amy was an Omega.

“Yes, that is fine.” Zander nodded his agreement. Then walked over to her placing a soft k**s on her lips, moving away quicker than he would like because he did not know if he could control himself right at this moment. Seeing Chloe sat in the Luna’s office, did something to his body, making him want to bend her over the desk and ravish her.

“I will give you a shout when Josh and Nicki arrive.” Zander said, then walked into his own office.

Chloe sat behind the walnut desk, the walls were painted a soft green colour, the couch was white, with big green cushions, it was very feminine, even if green was not her favourite colour, she still liked it.

Changing her pass code on the laptop, Chloe looked at the list of contacts and their mobile numbers. Seeing Caroline’s number listed, she gave her a ring from the phone on her desk.

“Luna” Caroline said in greeting

“Hi Caroline, could you come to the Luna office please.” Chloe asked politely.

“Yes of course” Caroline answered.

Chloe sighed, she needed to use the phones, and thought how handy the mind linking to pack members actually was and wondered if she would ever be able to do it.

“Yes, you will, as soon as they integrate us into the pack.” Sheba informed her.

Chloe wondered what being integrated into the pack would entail, she made a mental note to ask Zander tonight. Within minutes Caroline knocked on the door of her office.

“Come in” Chloe shouted.

“Luna, how can I help you?” Caroline asked.

“Could you have someone change the bedsheets in the room you set up for Nicki and me please. Also, our guest did not seem to have many things, she was an omega at Silverback, and was not treated fairly, so I think she may not have many clothes or essentials. She is moving to the Academy tomorrow, but I want her to go with enough clothes.” Chloe smiled at the older woman.

“Of course Luna. We do have some spare clothes that the pack have donated, or if you like there is a small high street in the centre of the pack, it has clothes shops along with what you might expect to find in a normal village if you would like to go and pick out some things yourself.” Caroline answered.

Chloe nodded, yes, maybe a shopping trip with Nicki and Amy would be good, it would help take Nicki’s mind off her parents coming, and possibly get her out of running laps with Zander.

“Is Ellie available this afternoon? I think she will make a great friend for Amy, plus I would love to bless her with something, as a thank you for what she did for me and Nicki on Friday.” Chloe asked.

“Yes Luna, however, I must warn you, Ellie loves to shop!” Caroline laughed.

“Okay, I will give you a call with the times later, and thank you Caroline, I appreciate your help.” Chloe smiled. Just because this woman’s job was to serve, there was no need to treat her with anything but respect.

Zander opened the door to Chloe’s office.

“Hey princess, we need to head down to the dungeons where we keep prisoners. Terrance got back to me. It was Ursula and her father.” He announced.

Chloe stood up from her desk, she was not surprised, the girl was a class A b***h, determined to cause Nicki problems.

Zander led Chloe down to the basement, where the omega’s lived, it was completely different to the living quarters at Silverback. Windows made the place light and airy, the walls painted white, and the rooms were three times the size of those she had seen at the other pack. Each of them decorated, according to the owner’s taste, the bedding was fresh and clean, with more than enough to keep each Omega warm during the harsh and cold Scottish winter months. Chloe noted the rooms were better than her old bedroom she had when she lived at home with her parents. Each of the rooms had their own personal bathroom, it was really cosy and a nice place.

They continued down the corridor, to a door at the bottom which was locked, Zander opened it, and took a right turn, another door with a key pad sat at the end of the corridor, and he entered the number, before descending down a flight of stairs, then taking a turn left, another door with two warriors guarding it stood.

The warriors nodded their respect to their Alpha and Luna, before unlocking the door, which led to a stone spiral staircase. Chloe walked down, holding on the rope that was attacked to the wall for balance, a further door was in front of them, and another set of warriors stood guard. They opened the door, and Chloe saw a row of six cells, all with pure silver bars, to keep the occupants inside. On the opposite side were rows of metal doors, these cells were enclosed. Zander led Chloe to the last cell that only had the sliver bars between, and she saw laid on a mattress on the floor, Ursula laying down, her father in the adjacent cell, sat on the cold stone floor.

“Alpha, what is the meaning of this?” The former Delta jumped to his feet.

Ursula stood up with less energy than her father, and glared at Chloe, hatred evident in her eyes.

“You both have been arrested for conspiring to cause harm to Alpha Joshua, and future Luna Nicola. As you are well aware the punishment for those crimes is death.” Zander’s alpha voice boomed out, echoing around the dungeon jail.

“This is outrageous, your mate is out to get me!” Ursula shouted.

“Alpha, I served your parents during the war, why would I be involved in anything like this? Or my daughter?” the former Delta declared.

Chloe had an unsettling feeling in her stomach, that she recognised as Sheba, her wolf pacing around growling at both prisoners, but she seemed angrier with Ursula’s father than the girl herself.

“Do you deny the charges?” Zander asked.

“Of course we do!” former Delta Kirkstone growled out, clearly indignant at the accusations being made against him.

“Interesting” Zander said looking thoughtful.

“Terrance” Zander shouted.

The head Warrior arrived, bowing to both Zander and Chloe as a sign of respect.

“Play your recording please.” Zander asked, his eyes never leaving Ursula’s fathers.

Both prisoners paled, and glanced at each other, they knew they had been caught, as the recording of the conversation played out.

Chloe listened intently as the voice of Ursula came through the speaker, admitting she had wanted rid of Nicki, that she should be the future Luna not a weak human. Then she continued to rant about Chloe and how she was a disgrace to the Crescent moon pack. Jealousy dripped from every world, as Chloe looked at the former head girl.

The sound of Ursula’s fathers deep voice echoed next, he was attempting to pacify his spoilt bratty daughter, telling her she was destined for great things, and he understood her points, which is why he helped her.

Terrence switched off the recording, then nodded to Zander before leaving the corridor. Clearly her mate had mind linked him something.

“Alpha, I served your family well, I fought alongside you and your father in the great war.” Kirkstone began to plead his case.

“Which is why you are both going to live another day.” Zander answered.

He turned and looked at Chloe, who nodded at him.

“Ursula, you think yourself so high and mighty, that you are above everyone else. You are NOT. It would be easy for me to ask my mate to have you killed.” Chloe began, her eyes staring at her nemesis.

“But I won’t, your punishment will be simple. To live as a rouge, where you are nothing but the s**t on everyone else’s shoe’s. No power. No Authority and NO PACK.” Chloe shouted out.

Zander resisted the smile he wanted to give his amazing Mate, she was fantastic, and he knew she was going to make a brilliant Luna, and queen when the time came.

“Guards, escort these two to the main pack gates, have them walk through the pack, I will banish them in front of the whole pack, so that everyone knows to never mess with my mate, or my brothers mate.” Zander declared.

Taking Chloe’s hand, he led her out of the dungeons, and back into the pack house.

“You did well.” He smiled at her.

Chloe nodded, even though Sheba was still restless inside her, and she felt something was off about the whole thing but could not put a finger on what.

“Josh and Nicki are here, we need to tell them what we found out, then they can be present for the banishment.” Zander sighed.

They walked into Zander’s office, Josh and Nicki were sat on the sofa, clinging to each other.

“I know, Jackson told me” Josh all but roared.

“I cannot let my parents make me leave.” Nicki sobbed.

“Try not to worry Nicki, my father is going to ring yours and tell them there was a mistake.” Chloe rushed to her friend to offer her comfort.

“Even if they come, we will be ready, the pack will be warned to behave as Human for the couple of days, it will be okay Nicki.” Zander smiled down at his brothers sobbing mate.

“You don’t know my dad, he is so strict, he will take me away.” Nicky sobbed.

“But I promise you Josh, I will run away before they force me to leave.” Nicki declared as Josh held her tight to his chest.

“Nicki, it will not come to that, we won’t let it.” Chloe soothed her friend.

“What have you done with Ursula and her father?” Josh growled out.

“Banishment, they are being led out of the dungeons now, I will do it in front of the whole pack.” Zander informed them of his decision.

Josh nodded, then placed a k**s on Nicki’s cheek.

“Dry your eyes Nicki, we will work this out, do not let those bastards see you are bothered.” Josh whispered softly to her.

Nicki nodded, then dried her eyes with the back of her hand and began to straighten her back.

Nodding his approval, Josh looked at Zander who opened his office door, taking hold of Chloe’s hand. Josh and Nicki followed behind also hand in hand.

They reached the main gate of the pack lands, as the members all gathered around.

Terrance and another warrior dragged Ursula and her father to the gate, an omega dropped two back packs at their feet that contained some clothes and personal items.

“URUSLA KIRKSTONE, AND FORMER DELTA KIRKSTONE, YOU ARE BOTH FOUND GUILTY OF CONSPIRING AGAINST YOUR FUTURE LUNA NICOLA DAVIS. YOU HERE BY BANISHED FROM CRESEANT MOON PACK, THE CRESEANT MOON ACADAMY AND SILVERBACK PACK AS CRIMINALS, YOU WILL LIVE OUT THE REMAINDER OF YOUR LIVES AS ROUGES. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO COME BACK TO ANY PACK LANDS OR THE SCHOOL YOU WILL BE KILLED ON SIGHT.” Zander bellowed out, as Ursula turned to Chloe and Nicki.

“You will regret this.”

Then dragged by her father before she ended up being killed, they left the pack grounds.

“LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING, ANYONE WHO CONSPIRES AGAINST YOUR LUNA’S WILL BE BANISHED OR KILLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS.” Josh roared out. He would not tolerate anyone trying to come between him and his mate.
