James walked toward Quintina and said smilingly, "Are you being bullied, Quintina?" Quintina's face immediately darkened as she said, "This is none of your concern."

James said smilingly, "Why don't I help you take back what's yours?"

"You?" Quintina looked at him doubtfully. However, she was also concerned that James would steal the limelight, so she advised James, "Just forget it. You won't stand a chance against them, but we might just be able to fight them to a standstill if we work together."

"No need, just leave everything to me."

James smiled.

Just as Harold and the others were about to leave, James suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Seeing this, Harold chuckled, "Aren't you the one who chickened out? Back at the Ancient Clan, you chose to concede defeat. Now that my strength has increased once more, are you trying to stand up for them?"

Harold smirked.

James did not even dare fight against him back when they were at the Ancient Clan. Now that his strength had increased drastically, James was nothing in his eyes.

James said coldly, "This is so uncool, Harold. With your strength, you should be able to defeat monsters at the Immortal Ascension's Eighth Stair without breaking a sweat. Yet, you chose to seize their elixir away, something that they spent a great deal of effort to obtain."

"So what?' Harold asked.

James extended his arm and said, "Don't make me, Harold. Hand it over to me."

Hearing this, the crowd was stunned.

"Who the hell is he?"

"Does he have a death wish? Doesn't he know that Harold has reached the Eighth Stair of Immortal Ascension, not to mention he's a Grand Supernatural?"

"He should be trying to play the hero by saving the damsel in distress."

Many conversed in whispers.

Displeased, Yunus said, "When do I need an outsider to stand up for me?"

Just as he was about to stop James, Quintina stopped him.

"Don't act impulsively, Yunus. Let's observe for now. No one knows what rank James is currently at. If he's no match for them, we'll work together and seize the elixir."

Quintina had thought about it. She would let James take the lead. Even if James was defeated, at least the enemy would be weakened as well. Only then would they seize the window of opportunity and strike back. After all, they should avoid being humiliated.

James' words made Harold freeze. Then, he said smilingly, "What gave you the courage to challenge me?"

Unwilling to prolong the conversation any longer, the Primordial Dragon Blade materialized in James' hands. Then, his face darkened as he said, "Don't say I'm picking on the weak now. I'll allow you three to attack together."

Hearing this, the crowd was dumbfounded once more.

"What? Is he trying to take on all three of them by himself?"

"Does he even know who they are?"

"They are cultivators at the Immortal Ascension's Eighth Stair."

"He would not be able to defeat them even if it's a one vs. one!"

"Who the hell is he?"

As James had only shown himself at the Ancient Clan, where his performance was only mediocre, everyone believed that he was only being haughty.

Only Henry and Delainey wore composed expressions.

Henry asked smilingly, "How strong do you think James is, Delainey? How long do you think he needs to defeat them all?"

Delainey shook his head slightly and said, "I don't know either, but his sword technique is extremely terrifying. After all, he spent twenty years in the Celestial Abode's Time Chamber practicing his sword, so he has reached an unbelievable level. I don't think they will be able to last long against James."
