Chapter 955

It seemed that she, Anthony, and their three children had flown kites in this very same garden.

She wondered why they were flying kites here and if they had come to play. The occasional memory fragments were beautiful and harmonious, but she always felt like they were not the whole story for some reason.

At that time, was Anthony still in a relationship with Bianca? She had no way of knowing.

Anne stayed in the garden for a while, and when she could not think of anything else, she went back upstairs.

She took out her key, unlocked the door, and looked around the apartment. It was cleaned last time and was not dirty.

She walked to the balcony, opened the window, and looked down at the view.

She was five floors up, and she often climbed the stairs to get to her apartment.

It was clear that her previous life was not easy. How could it be easy for one person to raise three children on their own?

Anne returned to the living room and sat down on the sofa.

She thought of Anthony again and wondered if he was busy. She considered giving him a call to ask but ultimately decided against it.

Anne hesitated as she held the phone in her hand.

After much deliberation, she still decided to call Anthony, wanting to tell him that she was in the community and asking when he would be finished with work so he would not miss her.

She thought of these things before calling, but she subconsciously felt nervous as she waited for him to answer.

After the phone rang three times, Anthony picked up, and Anne quickly asked, “Have you eaten yet?”

“I'm eating now. Are you finished?” he asked.

"Yes, I've eaten. You go ahead and eat. I'm fine...” Anne said, not wanting to bother him while he was eating. ” After you're done eating...”

However, before she could finish asking, she heard Bianca's voice in the background. “Anthony, the dishes are all served. Come and eat.”

Anne's whole body froze as she realized that he was with Bianca. She said, “Go and eat. I'll talk to you later.”

"Are you going back?” Anthony asked.

"Yes, almost. Bye,” Anne said before hanging up the phone.

Holding the phone tightly with both hands, she trembled and tears welled up in her eyes.

Anthony ended the call and turned to look at Bianca indifferently with his dark eyes. “Is it really today?” he asked.

"Yes, she had someone give me a note saying she wants to meet me at noon today. You can read the note if you want,” Bianca replied.

Anthony hid in the darkness, watching the store across the street with his sharp, eagle — like black eyes. People were coming and going, but it was clear that the person he was looking for was Lilian. Anne sat on the sofa, blankly staring ahead. Her whole heart felt like it was about to burst.

Her face was pale. She knew that even though Anthony had married her, his heart was still with Bianca.

Whenever something happened, he always went to Bianca for help. In Anthony's heart, Bianca was the most important person.

There was a knock on the door and Anne snapped out of her thoughts, wiping the tears off her face. Who could it be? Could it be someone from her past?

She walked to the door and opened it, looking at the

strange woman standing on the other side. “Who are you looking for?” she asked.

“I'm looking for you,” Dorothy said as she pushed the door open and barged into the apartment. Anne stumbled backward, not understanding why this was happening. Was this the enemy from her lost memories?

After Dorothy entered, she turned and looked at Anne with a contemptuous expression on her face. “You already moved into the Royal Mansion. Why did you come here? Why are you acting like you like this place?” she asked.

Anne was at a loss for words because she did not know what she was talking about.
