Anthony put down the plate and sat on the edge of the bed, holding her chin. “Afraid I would leave you?”

Anne's eyes flashed. “No... I'll go wash up first.”

Afraid of being seen through, she lifted the blanket and ran to the bathroom.

Standing in front of the mirror, looking at the panicked face inside, she felt guilty for thinking Anthony went to find Bianca.

At noon, Mia went out for a while. When she returned, she saw the triplets playing soccer on the lawn, chasing the ball around.

She stopped this childish behavior because her head was oxygen-deprived from smelling them. Anne was also a little sleepy, so she returned to her and Anthony's master bedroom.

She took her clothes into the bathroom and cleaned herself up simply.

While washing, she suddenly thought of her and Anthony's behavior in the bathroom last night. It made her face burn. She felt awkward and uncomfortable all over.
