“Didn“t you say you want to rest? The company will always be there,” Anthony said, “the most important thing for you now is to take good care of your body.”

“I need to find something to do, or else I'll be overthinking.” Anne looked for a reason.

“You'll go in the morning and rest in the afternoon.” Anthony compromised.

“Okay,” Anne agreed.

As long as she could go out and have personal space, she could think of a way to escape.

There was nothing for her to miss here anymore.

As for the triplets, they were better off with Anthony.

After escaping, she would abort her baby so she did not need to mother Anthony's child.

Anne slept much more peacefully at night with a plan in place.

Before this, she would have nightmares even in her sleep.

Anthony looked at Anne as she slept peacefully in his arms. As long as she was obedient, he would still allow her to do such a small thing as going to the company.

The Rolls Loyce drove Anne to the company in the morning. When she got out of the car, she said, “I'll go up by myself. You don't need to get out of the car.”

Anthony watched Anne get out of the car and walk to the building. Then, he ordered the bodyguards, “Keep an eye on her. If something goes wrong, you know the consequences.”

Just as Anne got out of the elevator, she noticed someone was also exiting the next elevator.

They were Anthony's bodyguards.

She was not surprised at all. Anthony would never give her complete freedom!

However, Anthony would probably not doubt that she would run away.

After all, Anne did not have her identification card or passport with her.

Anne thought that since Luton was so big, she would not be so easily found if she hid in the suburbs or the countryside where there was no surveillance.

The female assistant looked at the closed door, took off her sweater, and changed clothes with Anne.

While getting dressed, Anne added, “After I leave, just lie on the ground and pretend to be knocked unconscious. That way, no one will blame you.”

The female assistant persuaded, “Ms. Vallois, this is not a good idea, right? Why are you running away?"

“Do you really want me to knock you unconscious with something?” Anne asked.

The female assistant stopped talking. She was afraid of the pain. What if Anne accidentally smashed her so hard that she ended up in a persistent vegetative state?

After Anne had changed her clothes, she asked the female assistant to lie on the floor. Then, she walked to the door, took a few deep breaths, and opened the door.

With the documents in her hands, Anne lowered her head and went out.

The bodyguard outside the door did not see her face clearly, only noticing the assistant’s uniform. Anne restrained the anxiousness in her heart and walked toward the elevator.

After pressing the button, the elevator came up from the first floor, moving slowly like a snail. Hurry up...hurry up...

When the elevator door finally opened, the bodyguards still had yet to notice something was wrong.

She pressed the button anxiously, not stopping until the elevator doors closed.
