Chapter 1450 One-In-A-Million Chance

"Since you're going back to Mailand, should I have Aron find a place and buy a house for you?" Athena continued.

Logan immediately waved his hand. "No need. I'll just stay at your place!"

As he was saying this, a figure suddenly appeared ahead.

Logan clicked his tongue. "Here comes the annoying guy."

Athena smiled helplessly.

In the blink of an eye, Gabe walked up to Athena. "Athena, you're finally back! I just finished a meeting and was about to look for you!"

"Mr. Chambers, with me and those big guys behind me, do you think Athena could get caught by others?" Logan smirked.

Athena felt very touched.

"Let's go back. It's been a while," Athena said to Gabe.

Gabe looked regretful. Then he was distracted by the commotion outside.

"Is there a ship docking at the pier this late?"

Athena and Logan also instinctively looked over.

"Are they here to help with the move?" Logan said, "I heard from the islanders that they'll all leave the island today. They took away their stuff by boat. But isn't this too early?"

Dorian, who was listening in the back, said, "Isn't it better if they come early? These guys leaving early means island construction can start sooner."

"Yeah, that makes sense," Logan agreed.

As they spoke, the approaching ship was gradually docking.

Security on the island was now quite professional, so Athena wasn't worried about any troublemakers.

She retracted her gaze. She was a bit tired, and her eyes were uncomfortable.

After a while, Logan carefully changed Athena's bandage on her wound, putting on her eye patch under Gabe's concerned gaze.

"It's a bit red, but luckily no signs of infection. Once the islanders are gone, you should also head back. Liam can handle the rest!" "Alright." Athena nodded. "Don't take care of me anymore. Go wash up and rest!"

Just as everyone was about to leave, voices of argument suddenly came from outside.

"Who is it? Who's making noise in the middle of the night?" Logan frowned.

Athena listened carefully. "It sounds like Stacey."

"Stacey?" Logan had a fairly good impression of Stacey, a very optimistic person.

Dorian contacted the team outside through a communication device to get the situation.

"Dorian, there's a couple insisting on seeing Mrs. Crawford. I told them to come tomorrow, but they won't listen!" An irritated voice came through.

To Athena's security team, islanders coming to see Athena were either looking for money or refusing to leave the island.

No matter which one it was, they didn't want Athena to be bothered.

"Bring them in," Athena said before Dorian could speak.

Dorian thought it wasn't appropriate to disturb Athena so late, but he didn't say anything since Athena had spoken. He went downstairs to bring them in himself.

"What business do you have with Mrs. Crawford?" Dorian asked in a deep voice when he saw Marsh and Stacey.

Stacey looked wary as she stared at Dorian. "I need to see Mrs. Crawford in person before I can say!"

Dorian was speechless. Stacey was even cautious of Dorian. Didn't he seem like a good guy? "Fine, come with me."

After a moment, Stacey saw Athena.

She walked towards Athena, somewhat excited.

Mike was on high alert and was about to stop her.

Athena waved her hand.

Stacey seemed excited, her eyes a bit reddened as if she was about to cry.

"Stacey, what's wrong?" Athena asked.

Stacey gazed at Athena. "Mrs. Crawford, I... I think I saw Mr. Crawford on the island!"
