Chapter 1378 Brush Your Teeth

This boy heard about it from his family on Christmas Day.

Mia's mother was already rich, and Mia's father's inheritance was also considerable.

If she remarried another person with so much wealth, whoever she married would have more money than he could spend in his lifetime!

The boy's monthly pocket money was not enough for him.

Immediately, he thought that if Mia's mother could remarry his family, he would have a lot of money to spend!

"Your uncle is as fat as a pig. Mia's mother won't marry him!" The little friend yelled anxiously.

"Can a widow still choose? It would be nice if someone wanted to marry her!" The boy continued to speak foully.

This was what he heard when the adults at home were chatting.

His grandma also told him to make a good relationship with Mia in school.

If Mia liked him, not only would he be able to marry a beautiful wife in the future, but he would also not have to worry about money! "Mia, let's go! Ignore him!"

Knowing that they couldn't win the quarrel, Mia's friends wanted to take Mia away.

"Yeah." Mia picked up the schoolbag.

Seeing that Mia was leaving, the boy came in immediately.

"Don't leave. Didn't you hear what I said? Are you dumb?"

Hearing this, Mia frowned and then covered her nose with her hand.

The boy was confused.

"Which one of you stinks?" Mia covered her nose, her beautiful eyes flickered, and her eyebrows were tightly knitted.

"Not me. I take a bath every day!" A little boy quickly responded and answered immediately.

The rest of the boys also followed suit while smelling their own scent and denying it at the same time.

Mia frowned even harder.

Meanwhile, she took a few steps back.

Then, she stared at the boy with a smelly mouth and asked, "Did you not brush your teeth? It really smells..."

With that said, Mia turned her head and gagged.

Among children, following suit was common.

Her two little friends also covered their noses, showing disgust.

And the few people who came with the boy stepped aside with disgust.

They completely forgot that they came here to laugh at Mia for not having a father.

"I brush my teeth. I don't stink!" The boy hurriedly looked at his companion and explained anxiously, "If you don't believe me, you can smell it. You should get closer and smell it!"

"Don't be like this. If the smell is contagious, wouldn't you harm the others?" Mia said hastily.

When the other boys heard this, they didn't dare to approach him even more.

"No, it stinks too much. I have to go. I'm going to throw up if I keep smelling it." After Mia finished the sentence, she let out another retch, grabbed her small schoolbag, and immediately ran to the front door. Mia's two little friends also covered their noses, shouted that it stank too much, and ran away with Mia.

The boy stood where he was, completely petrified.

"Oh, I remember my sister is coming to pick me up today. I have to go!"

"My grandma is coming soon. Let's go together!"

"Don't leave! I really don't stink!" The boy looked at his friends scattered in all directions. He was so anxious that he was about to cry.

Then he raised his arm and sniffed himself vigorously.

How could he not smell his stink?

Mia met Ottilie, who came to pick her up on her way out.

"Are you okay?" Ottilie panted.

Just downstairs, Ottilie heard that a group of boys had come to bully Mia.

She came running right away.

Mia smiled and shook her head.

What she recalled were her Mommy's words that night.
