Chapter 1368 Cow Everyone Into Submission

"Athena, I ordered some dishes. Do you want to add some more?" Aron handed the menu to Athena.

Athena waved her hand. "You are considerate. You won't miss anything."

Aron didn't insist and put the menu back in its place.

"Athena, what are things going on in Imbe Group Energy?" Evie asked, "Can Aron and I help?"

"Don't worry. It was a small problem. It's not time to turn to you for help," Athena said with a smile.

"You can't hide anything from me," Evie said seriously.

Athena had no choice but to tell her briefly what happened.

"So Athena, you went to cow everyone into submission?" Aron asked.

"You can say that," Athena replied lightly, "If I didn't frighten them as Byron did, they wouldn't be convinced."

"Besides, you also frightened other energy companies. After you said something like that, who would dare to poach the employees of Imbe Group Energy?" Evie said.

"Right." Athena nodded.

"Good job!" Evie gave her thumbs up proudly.

Ottilie looked at Athena with sparkling eyes and admiration.

When she was wandering with her father, she wanted to become the boss of a gang in the future. When she was powerful enough, she could protect her father from being hunted down by the organization. But now, she had changed her mind.

She wanted to be someone like Athena, brave and strong.

When Byron was in trouble, Dorian told Ottilie that he was worried Athena would be devastated and couldn't accept it.

But Athena didn't.

Instead, she supported the company left by her husband.

Ottilie had met something like this before.

Two years ago, the farmer with whom she and her father lived temporarily was accidentally killed by a lawn mower while mowing the grass.

His wife was not like Athena.

She was so sad that she didn't care about anything, and she was dispirited for half a year at home.

As a result, both the farm and the house were repossessed by the bank because the loan was not repaid.

When Aron chose a restaurant, the first thing he considered was his wife's taste.

Evie vomited for a few days.

She went out for a day today, and she didn't vomit much. She finally had an appetite.

Evie was stuffed.

So, she wanted to take a walk with Athena.

Aron, with the three children, drove slowly on the roadside.

"Aron deserves you." Athena entwined her fingers with Evie's. "I can rest assured since you have him in your life."

Evie lowered her eyes and said with emotion, "Who would have imagined that at this time last year, I was tortured bitterly by my relationship with Caspian? Athena, fate is wonderful." "Indeed," Athena said.

"Everything will be fine," Evie said softly as she looked at Athena.

"Sure." Athena nodded. "It may need a little more time, but I can wait."

Evie opened her mouth.

But she didn't say anything.

After all, it wasn't long before Byron was in trouble.

It was normal for Athena to be upset.

That was it for now.

Time would heal everything.

The two walked for a while.

Evie felt that her food had been digested, so she got into Athena's car.

They returned to Lakin.

The children took baths.

After Athena kissed Aiden and Mia goodnight, they went back to their rooms.
