My Mommy Became A Billionaire After the Breakup -
Chapter 1109
Chapter 1109 Get Yourself Over
"Mr. Crawford! Did your daughter beat grandson?" Ben's grandma asked without thinking.
Byron looked at her. "Yes, what's wrong?"
All of a sudden, Ben's family members were all bewildered.
"It must be a misunderstanding! Oh, why didn't you say earlier that the little girl is Mr. Crawford's daughter!" Ben's aunt said hastily.
They didn't know much about Chelsea.
But they knew enough about how Byron acted.
Simply put, he was ruthless.
Unfortunately, they had to please this ruthless man to earn a living.
"Misunderstanding?" Byron sneered, "My daughter is lovely and behaves well every day. Everyone likes her. She has never attacked anyone. The idiot you raised bullied my son and irritated my daughter. You want to get away with this with a simple misunderstanding?"
Athena lowered her eyelids.
Good.
Things turned from passive to active.
"Oh, Mr. Crawford, little kids like playing around. It's not that serious!" The old lady smiled. "We'll let go of this. The fight between them makes them good friends in the future!"
"Come on, get over yourself," Byron replied coldly.
The smile on the old lady's face froze immediately.
"Yes, yes, you are right. This is the fault of my naughty kid. I will make him apologize to Miss Mia Newton. For the sake of the kids being classmates, please forgive him this time. We promise that we will educate him in the future!" Ben's aunt said hastily.
Her husband's bidding project came to a head.
This cannot be ruined just because of a brat!
Before Mr. and Mrs. Crawford could answer.
She turned around immediately and pulled Ben out from the corner.
"Ben, apologize! Quick! Say you are wrong! Say you will never bully your classmates again!" Auntie was a little anxious.
Ben was initially hiding in a corner, waiting for his family members to give Mia a lecture.
He didn't expect that before Mia knelt to apologize, he was grabbed by his aunt.
He subconsciously glanced at Byron.
His eyes met Byron's. Ben shivered in fear and cried out. "I was the one who was beaten. Why should I apologize? I don't like my aunt anymore, and I won't ever let you come to my house!!" This voice is booming and clear.
Athena laughed.
"It's okay. It's okay. You don't need to apologize if you don't want to." Ben's grandma became protective of him at the sight of his crying, holding him in her arms, and said to his aunt, "He is just a kid. Don't drag him. You scared him to cry!" Coaxing the kid, she said, "It is just a matter of money. Who doesn't have money? It's not a big deal!"
"Mom!" Ben's aunt couldn't tolerate her mothers' foolishness.
If paying for losses can solve the problem, why were they so panicked when they knew Chelsea and Byron were the parents?
"Take Mia and Aiden, and I'll be right behind you," Athena said to Byron.
"What's the point of talking to them?" Byron frowned.
Obviously, he didn't want Athena to waste time with these people.
Athena looked at him without a word.
Byron. "Okay."
He responded and glanced at Ben's family.
Then he turned back, taking Aiden and Mia away from the other exit.
"Mrs. Crawford, you look like a nice person. You are also a mother, so you must understand the feelings of being a mother. Can you be so nice and forgive..."
When Byron was gone, Ben's mother started flattering Athena immediately.
Athena didn't even look at her, walking towards Ben unhurriedly.
