Chapter 7

That day was the first time you came into my house and the whole thing was crazy. Actually, you did it that way. That day you confessed your truth; one that you didn’t want to accept and that hurt you. That day we made a deal; one that would probably change things.

Feeling his footsteps behind me makes me nervous. I open the door and as I walk in his arms wrap around my waist making his body cling to mine. I feel his perfect muscles on me and his intimacy rubs against my buttocks.

-He asks in my ear and the sound of his voice sends an electric current through my body.

-Yes,” I just answer and with him still holding me, I walk to the couch to leave my bag and briefcase there.

-I like it,” he says and I get frustrated with the time he’s wasting on this.

-Stop looking around and k**s me. – I call out to him and without me expecting it he pulls me away from him and throws me on the bed so that I fall on my back making me laugh. -It gets interesting,” I say as I see him unbuckling his belt.

-You’ll see how interesting it gets,” he says in a suggestive tone and I enjoy the spectacle of watching him undress in front of me, “Do you like what you see,” he asks and I bite my lower l*p.

-I love it,” I comment as I see every detail of his body in front of me.

He climbs onto the bed leaning on his knees and settling on top of me, but not touching me. -You’ll like what I’m going to do to you better now,” and his mouth goes to my neck to bite it.

From my neck he goes to my mouth and without stopping kissing me, his hands begin to undo my clothes at a speed I love. We are skin to skin and he brushes his body against mine to tease me, but without entering me.

-I love how unromantic you are,” he says in my ear and before I can respond, his fingers enter my body taking me by complete surprise.

I tilt my head back trying to absorb what he is provoking me, but he gives me no respite. Just as I begin to feel my body unravel from what he is doing to me, his fingers leave me. -Gael,” I say in a begging tone and I see him smile triumphantly.

-I want it to be with me,” he says and I know very well what he means when I see him put on the condom and immediately he enters me making me lose my mind.

He moves in me mercilessly and that’s just what I want. His mouth k****s mine intermittently as our breaths allow and our m***s increase as our bodies find their relief. It’s anything but love happening here and it’s great.

-I realized it when you looked into my eyes as we arrived together. You wanted it to be that way because that’s the way it was with her, right? -I answer him and his eyes look at me with more questions than answers.

-I can’t get over her,” he confesses. -I try not to think about her when I’m with you, but it’s too hard; I’m sorry.

-It’s not a complaint, Gael. I’m not the one to make a claim on you. It’s just s*x between us, but I guess if you still love her you should try to go back to her,” I let him know and I think my coldness has stunned him.

-I just don’t want to love her. I shouldn’t, she doesn’t understand who I am.

-Love doesn’t work like that Gael. There are times when you don’t want to, but you love anyway.

-And what about us? I really like what we’re doing together,” she asks me in a whisper.

-Let’s do something,” I propose.

-What?

-Let’s enjoy this day and tomorrow you go and decide what you want to do. You know… you can go, talk to her and see how it goes, or you keep having s*x with me while you think about her,” I tell him bluntly and he laughs.

-You’re the coldest woman I’ve ever met with her feelings, but the hottest I’ve ever met in bed.

-You can’t do everything, Gael…. Decide.

-Let’s spend the day together Serena. Tomorrow we’ll see…” He accepts and lies down on his side to take a good look at me. -Pedro’s idiot has missed the monument of a woman that you are… It must be perfect to have you complete,” he says, making me laugh.

-Don’t mention that idiot. I’m not interested in bringing him here at this moment,” I say firmly and I get on top of him so we can start over.

It hurt me to see you like this. You were with me in that bed, but you were still not happy. You were still in love with her in spite of everything and you were just trying to fool yourself into thinking it would work.
