Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1328: I'll find him if I have to dig in the dirt!

After leaving the villa, Earlene forcefully shook off Rawlins hand and turned around to go back inside. "Hold it right there!"

Rawlins stepped forward to stop her.

"Get out of my way!" yelled Earlene at him.

She pushed against Rawlins, trying to push him away.

There was no way to get Rawlins away from her.

"Have you done enough of this already?" Rawlins snapped angrily and grabbed her hand.

Earlene froze, then reacted and cringed, losing her voice.

"You're bullies, bullies!" she screamed as she cried.

Seeing this, Rawlins didn't feel good either.

He squatted down and looked at Earlene, who was crying with red eyes, and said in a soft voice, "Earlene, you're very good, I'm sure you'll find someone better than Marcos." "I don't want that, I just want him."

Earlene reached up and wiped away her tears fiercely, looking at the villa with a gleam of determination welling up in her eyes.

She wasn't going to give up.

Marcos, she was going to get him!

With that in mind, she stood up, "I'm going to get Grandma."

Rawlins frowned, "What do you want to do?"

"Will you drive me there, or will I find a way to get there myself?" asked Earlene instead of answering.

Rawlins sighed softly, "I'll take you."

Earlene hooked the corner of her mouth and took the lead, turning toward the car parked outside.

As she watched his back, Rawlins' eyes filled with concern.

At this point, he was still reluctant to give up.

How far did he have to go before he realized that there were facts that could not be forced.

Sighing once more, he picked up his steps and followed her.

...

After the operation, the old woman's health was finally slowly improving.

The old woman was so happy to see her grandchildren approaching that she couldn't stop smiling.

"Rawlins, Earlene, how come you have time to see me?"

"Grandma, how are you feeling?" asked Rawlins with concern.

"Much better, much better."

The old woman smiled as she shifted her gaze to Earlene, only then noticing that Earlene's eyes were red.

"What's wrong with her, has she been crying?" the old woman drew Earlene to her side and sat down, looking at her in anguish. "Grandma, you have to do it for me!" cried Earlene.

"Oh, don't cry, my good girl, don't cry." The old woman hastened to wipe away her tears, "Just say what you want Grandma to do." "Grandma, Marcos, she doesn't love me anymore!" Earlene burst into tears at the mention of this.

"He doesn't love you?" The old woman wrinkled her brow, "What does that mean?"

She turned her head to look at Rawlins.

Rawlins told the old woman everything that had happened in the last few days.

After hearing this, the old woman banged the table angrily, "How dare you do this, have you forgotten about your agreement with me?"

"Grandma, don't be angry, take care of your health." Rawlins' heart lifted at how angry she was.

Her health was improving and she couldn't let this get to her.

"What do I care about my body when my granddaughter is being bullied like this?" the old woman said angrily.

"Grandma, as angry as you are, you can't change the facts, can you?". advised Rawlins gently.

The old woman became even angrier at his words, "What do you mean you're going to let it go? Earlene is your sister, are you going to stand by and watch her being bullied?". "Grandma, that's not what I meant." Rawlins was a little breathless, "I'm just saying we can work something out, there's no need to get so upset."

"Then what's your solution?" the old woman asked.

"I... haven't thought of any at the moment."

The old woman gave her an expressionless, ungraceful look, patted Earlene's hand and said comfortingly, "Don't worry, Grandma will do it for you." Earlene sniffled, "Thank you, Grandma."

"Silly girl, what's the point of talking to Grandma about this." The old woman smoothed the strands of hair from her cheeks, "With Grandma here, I won't let you suffer a bit." Next, she turned to Rawlins, "Contact The Leoz Family and tell them I want to see Marcos."

"Good."

Rawlins looked at Earlene and turned to go out to the phone.

"Grandma, do you think Marcos really won't want me?" asked Earlene.

The old woman smiled kindly, "No, our Earlene is so nice, how can he not love you?"

"But I'm so afraid." Earlene leaned her head on the old woman's shoulder.

"Don't be afraid, Grandma is here."

The old woman gently patted her hand, a hint of sternness in her shrewd eyes.

She would never allow anyone to intimidate Earlene.

Even if the other person was one of the Leoz family.

Rawlins turned to Alfredo for help in getting a meeting with Marcos, but was rebuffed.

"I'm sorry, my president doesn't want to see anyone."

With that said, Alfredo simply hung up the phone.

Rawlins looked around with a helpless expression.

If he could, he wouldn't want Earlene and Marcos to have any more involvement.

Only now that the old woman had intervened, things were out of his control.

With that in mind, he sighed heavily and headed into the living room to tell the old woman the truth about the situation.

"I don't care what method you use, I want to see Marcos."

As the old woman said this, Rawlins had no choice but to comply, "I know, Grandma."

In the following days, Rawlins tried her best to contact Marcos, but to no avail, only to learn later that it turned out that Marcos was no longer in the country.

"Even if he hides to the ends of the earth, I will dig the earth to find him!"

These were the words Earlene uttered when she learned that Marcos was no longer in the country.

Her determination alarmed Rawlins.

He suddenly felt that her love for Marcos was twisted.

He had tried to talk her out of it, but they had returned the favor, either by bringing the old woman in to silence him.

And the old woman had given him orders to make sure he found out where Marcos was.

He had no choice but to do as he was told.

...

Paulina, Marcos and the two children arrived at the place where Marcos had previously lived in France.

It was a villa with a garden, which was seasonal and filled with all kinds of flowers and was beautiful.

Every day in France was happy and blissful.

In the morning Paulina woke up and went downstairs to prepare breakfast.

Stephen and Sweety ran out into the garden to play and play, while Mark sat on the sofa in the living room, his eyes riveted on the two little ones through the floor-to-ceiling windows with a kindly gaze. Every now and then, he turns his head to look at Paulina, who is busy in the kitchen, and the corners of his lips lift involuntarily.

She loved such a quiet, cozy day.

It was just that...

She looked away, eyes lowered to hide the loss in them.

How nice it would be if he could get his memory back.

"Daddy!"

A small, soft body jumped into his arms along with a crisp, sweet call, interrupting his thoughts.

It was Sweety.

"Daddy, Mommy says it's time for breakfast."

Sweety lifted her little baby face.

Marcos smiled weakly, "Okay, got it."

"Let's go then."

Sweety jumped off the couch and led him by the hand toward the dining room.
