Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 1274: Help me with my zip
Earlene slowly calmed down and her red lips curled, "Auntie, you're at your age, why do you need to embarrass me?"
"I'm embarrassed of you?" Brimlad thought he had misheard, "Aren't you the one who made the mistake in the first place?" Earlene shook her head, "Wrong? I'm not at all at fault."
She turned sideways and took Hector's hand.
Seeing this, Eloise squeezed her palm so tightly that her knuckles turned white.
"Hector was in danger, and I saved him. Without me, he probably wouldn't even be standing in front of you right now."
Earlene said it so extraordinarily clearly word for word, the implication being that they were grateful to her.
"Are you looking down on Hector?" Brimlad asked.
Earlene frowned, not understanding what she meant.
Only to hear Brimlad say, "With Hector's abilities, he could have turned it around on his own, he didn't need you to save him."
At that, Earlene laughed, as if she had heard some kind of joke, and laughed heartily.
Eloise and Brimlad looked at each other, both of them staring at her suspiciously.
It took a moment before Earlene stopped laughing and raised her hand to wipe the tears of laughter from the corners of her eyes.
"You guys are so naive." Earlene said, "Do you think the Bergerian is easy to deal with?"
Bergerian?
That inexplicable sense of familiarity came back to Hector when he heard the name.
"Who's Bergerian?" The man who had been silent asked.
Eloise's eyes lit up and before Earlene could speak, she said, "He was your enemy, Bergerian kept trying to take me back for experiments, and it was you who was in danger for me. Do you remember?" She asked cautiously.
Hector shook his head, "No, I don't remember."
A look of disappointment crossed Eloise's face, he still didn't remember anything.
Earlene also thought Hector was remembering something, and was relieved to hear him say he didn't remember.
She then said, "We have a wedding dress fitting to do, so I won't be talking to you."
She took Hector's hand and walked away.
As she watched their backs, Eloise's heart sank and tears instantly welled up in her eyes.
She lowered her head and closed her eyes as the hot teardrops dripped down.
It was clear that her Hector was right in front of her, but she could do nothing but watch him being held by another woman.
Seeing her cry, Brimlad was heartbroken and patted her back gently, comforting her, "Don't cry, my brother-in-law will find a way to help you."
Brimlad called out to the shop assistant and whispered something in the other's ear.
The clerk stared at her in amazement and disbelief, "Madam, are you sure?"
Brimlad's expression was stern, "Just do as I say."
The clerk said "yes" and hurried away.
"What do you want to do, Auntie?" Eloise asked.
Brimlad patted her hand and smiled, "You can go upstairs later and try on a wedding dress too."
"Me? Try on wedding dresses?" Eloise didn't understand her intentions, "We didn't come here to try on wedding dresses ..."
"I know. Just behave yourself."
At Brimlad's insistence, Eloise made her way upstairs to the VIP room.
Once inside, a shop assistant immediately brought the wedding dress, "Miss Eloise, this wedding dress was personally designed by our head designer and is the only one of its kind in the country." "Thank you."
Eloise nodded her head.
"May I help you?" The shop assistant asked.
"No." Eloise declined with a smile.
"Then call me if you need anything, I'll be right outside."
"Good."
After the clerk went out, Eloise looked at the wedding dress and couldn't help but be a little lost in thought.
The wedding dress was beautiful, but her heart was heavy.
It was useless to wear such a beautiful wedding dress if you couldn't be seen by the one you loved.
Although she thought so, she still picked up the wedding dress and walked into the fitting room.
...
Earlene led Hector to the men's dress section, looked at the suits, picked one out and handed it to Hector.
"Go ahead and try it on."
Hector gave her a look and nodded, "Okay."
Watching him walk towards the fitting room, Earlene's heart dropped back into place.
She was really afraid that he would remember something at the sight of Eloise, but now it seemed that he hadn't thought of anything.
She should have confidence in her medicine.
Yes, have faith in your own medicine!
Thinking like that made her feel a lot better.
At that moment, a shop assistant came over and said to her with a smile, "Miss Earlene, there are other wedding dresses over there, would you like to try them all on?"
"No, just this one." Earlene didn't want to pick and choose, she just wanted to choose the wedding dress that she saw at first sight.
But the shop assistant didn't give up and said, "Miss Earlene, you only get married once in a lifetime, don't you want to look good and marry the man you love?" Earlene frowned, "Are you saying I'm not pretty now?"
"Of course not." The shop assistant hastily denied, "I mean you could be prettier."
Earlene thought about it, and thought she had a point, so she nodded, "Okay, let me see the rest."
"Then you come with me." There was a twinkle in the shop assistant's eye as she turned around.
After Hector changed into his suit and came out of the fitting room, the shop assistant next to him looked straight at him.
The man's features were deep and three-dimensional, his shoulders wide and narrow waist, his straight legs perfectly wrapped by his suit trousers, slender and ascetic.
The clerk could not help but exclaim, "Sir, you are so handsome."
Hector smiled lightly, "Thank you."
He looked around and asked, "Where is she?"
"Miss Earlene is trying on wedding dresses, come this way with me."
The clerk led Hector upstairs and outside the VIP room, "Miss Earlene is in there."
HectorEdwina nodded, pushed the door open and walked in.
Hearing the door open, Eloise behind the curtain raised her voice, "Can you come over here and help me with my zip?"
What a familiar voice.
Hector subconsciously took one step towards the fitting room.
With a big tug, the snow-white smooth back just crashed into his eyes.
He froze.
"Help me with the zip."
Eloise turned around and froze in surprise and delight at the sight of it being Hector, "What are you doing here?"
At the sound of her voice, Hector snapped back to attention and hurriedly turned around, his heart inexplicably racing and his tone sinking a little, "I ... don't know what's going on." Eloise frowned, and then it dawned on her.
This must have been arranged by her brother-in-law.
Lifting the hem of her skirt, she slowly walked up to him, her crystal eyes staring straight at him.
His ears were flushed, presumably because he had just seen his rear end.
How could he look so much like an innocent boy after losing his memory?
She couldn't help but cover her lips with a soft laugh.
Hector looked at her and couldn't take his eyes off her.
The white wedding dress made her skin fairer. The white wedding dress made her skin even whiter, and her long hair was casually pulled up, with a few strands of mischievous hair scattered around her neck, cute and tantalizingly sexy.
