Avery's eyes were filled with tears. "Why isn't Skylar here yet? Hasn't she longed to see me be humiliated? Well, this time, she has finally gotten her wish."

Tobias answered, "She's on a flight to Beskary and has asked me to congratulate you on your wedding."

Suddenly, Avery tore off her veil and stepped forward to hug Tobias.

When he retreated to avoid her, Avery ended up hugging thin air instead. With her arms wrapped around her chest, she pleaded, "Let me be with you, please? I beg of you Mr. Ford, please let me be with you. I'm willing to be your slave as long as I don't have to marry that b*stard."
