This cannot be happening. I shouldn't be feeling this. What are all these emotions and what do they mean? What is happening to me and why do I feel restless? There is no other way to see this because I feel as if I have been Bewitched. Maybe I wasn't careful enough. Maybe I let my guard down and she did something to me that I can't even explain. Why on earth would I be attracted to her? I do not even like her and ever since the beginning of time I have always had one thought in mind and that is to kill her and wipe of our existence out of this world so why was I experiencing all of these feelings? Why does it look like I don't want to carry on with my plan anymore.

"Levi?" Madeline walked into my bedroom. I gave her my back in response because I do not want her to see me like this. I did not want her to see me as someone who was weak. "You left the pool saying that you wanted to grab water from a kitchen I didn't come back. Is everything okay?"

"I am fine Madeline." I snapped. "And you shouldn't be here right now because I don't want to see or talk to anyone at this moment."

"I don't understand." She walked towards me. "Why can't I be here with you? You're my boyfriend and this is your room so why can't I come inside if I want to?" "Because I don't want to talk to you okay!" I yelled at her but she didn't flinch, neither did she take a step backwards. She remained there still rooted in her spot.

"What exactly is this about?" She questioned angrily. "You have always been prohibiting me from doing a lot of things ever but when it comes to Amery, she's free to do whatever she wants and you don't do or say anything to stop her right? I'm pretty sure that she has come into your room as well. I know that she has stepped into this place because you had invited her and it was alright for her to do so but when it comes down to me, I have all these rules and restrictions. does it even make any sense?"

"Why are you suddenly bringing Amery into this? This isn't even about her in the first place so why are you dragging her name into it?"

"Because she has taken everything from me." I yelled at him. "Just look at you Levi. You don't even look at me with love in your eyes anymore. You act as if I don't even exist to you. When I try to get close to you but you push me away. When I try to act all nice and kind and show you how much I love you, you throw it away and make me feel useless. So why won't I drag her into everything when she is clearly the cause of it in the first place?"

"Do you think I'm blind?" She ranted on. "I saw you back there In the pool. I saw the way you were looking at her. For goodness sake Levi, you even called me by her name. I'm beginning to think that you're not even interested in your purpose of coming here anymore. Are you starting to fall in love with her? Is that what is going on right now?"

I took a deep breath and faced her. Holding her firmly by the shoulders, I held her in place. "Listen, I'm not acting like this because I love her or care for her. I'm acting this way because all the plans I had to kill her isn't working. It's like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. She has done so much harm to me and my family so why should I love her?"

"I'm frustrated Madeline. The thought of seeing her everywhere and not being able to do anything to her is slowly eating at me. I mean she was the reason why Asher disappeared in the first place and she's also the reason why Quincy was suspended from school. She has ruined my entire family so why would I fall in love with someone who has destroyed everything that I have and love?" I asked with a solemn expression on my face.

"You're the only woman I love and care about Madeline. Do not ever doubt my love for you." I confessed, hoping that I also believe my words too. "I just cannot think straight until I figure out a way to keep her away from us for good."

"Are you sure that you want to do this?" She inquired. Her voice held a serious note that I have never heard before.

"What are you driving at?"

"If you're certain that you want to go through with this then I want to help you but the question is are you really sure that you want to get her out of the way forever?" She repeated and I am forced to listen with rapt attention.

"I am sure Madeline. If I had my way right now, I would even end her life today. I have never been more sure of anything in my entire life and that I can promise you."

Without saying anything, she walked into my closet and came back a few minutes later with a tiny bottle containing something that resembled a portion.

"What is this?" I ask as I scrutinized the substance in my hands.

"Your shot at killing her. It's Sieggaria leaves mixed with monkshood."

My eyes widened in shock. Sieggaria leaves were considered to go extinct. They were destroyed a long time ago because it was known to have killed a lot of our people in the past. It was a deadly and powerful substance that we were taught not to reckon with. "Where did you get this?"

She shrugged. "It doesn't matter where but what it does. If you want her out of your life for good then that substance is your best shot at killing her. I'll leave the rest up to you. Hopefully, this would be able to solve all your problems." She said with a reassuring smile while I stood there utterly and completely speechless.
