CEO Proposed to His Ex-wife 99 Times
Chapter 300 He Wouldn’t Hit Women

Kyle also paid for the gown he torn off and left with something of a swagger.

Mrs. Henderson looked glum.

She had never met anyone who dared embarrass her in public.

Kyle turned around when he stepped to the door.

Mrs. Henderson was staring at them.

He sneered at her and her face was as white as a sheet.

Katherine called him. "Let's go, Kyle."

His car was parking in front of the shop. It was crowded, so many cars were parked haphazardly.

When they walked to his car, they saw a car-owner was fined for illegal parking.

The owner hurried to explain that he parked for a second due to emergency.

The policeman turned a deaf ear to his explanation and wrote a fine to him.

The traffic policeman was issuing a ticket, ignoring him.

Kyle frowned and stared at the policeman, and got in the car.

"Do you have a problem with them? Is it because your club is often raided?"

Kyle started the car. "No. I have a problem with those who picked on me. They often bossed me around even though they couldn't find out anything." "Who dares to boss you around?" Katherine smiled.

It reminded Kyle of someone.

It was a woman. If it were a man, he would thump him.

"Forget it. Let's have lunch." He felt disgusted.

They walked into a restaurant for lunch. Kyle was talkative. He kept talking that the talent show Rosalie investing was almost ready.

Several famous artists were invited as judges, so it would become a hit.

"Has Hector answered you?" Katherine asked.

"Not yet. I talked with him last night, but he didn't answer me." Kyle shook hie head.

He must be in hesitation.

She recalled the way Hector acted last night. "Had he tried to talk about the talent show with me?" she thought.

What's the hesitation for?

She smiled.

Did he feel guilty because he wanted to attend the talent show after she helped him get the position of assistant manager?

If it were so, he thought too much.

She didn't care about it at all.

He should have known it.

She had encouraged him to pursue what he really liked.

"I'll talk with him." Said she.

It was early after lunch.

So, they went to Katherine's shop.

The decoration was almost done, so it looked totally different with the way it was before.

The name board would be done this afternoon.

Kyle liked the decoration.

Katherine called Margaret and ask her to come over.

Margaret arrived soon.

The moment Kyle saw Margaret, he recalled the day when the four of them played card.

He was eager to play one more time.

He called Hector while Katherine and Margaret were in the shop.

It didn't get though the first time. He then called him again and it was connected.

"Kyle." Hector's deep voice came.

"You're in the company? I'm in Katherine's shop with her."

"Wait a moment for me. I'll be right there." Hector blurted out.

"You..."

Hector had hung up.

Kyle wondered what's the rush for.

Was he permitted to leave the company since it's still working time?

Kyle was waiting for Hector at the door and Hector arrived very soon.

"Hector, you..." Kyle ginned.

He suddenly stopped when he saw Hector's face.

He didn't look good.

"What's wrong? Who upset you?" Kyle stared at him.

"Let's talk about it later." Hector heaved a sigh.

They walked into Katherine's shop, where Katherine and Margaret were discussing the business in the future.

Katherine was glad to see Hector. "Look, this is my career. How do you like it?"

"It's great." Hector nodded.

"I think so." Katherine was pleased to hear the compliments. She didn't notice Hector's bad mood.

"What's up?" Kyle chose a seat beside the window.

Hector took the cigarette box and was ready to smoke, but then he put it away when he realized it was improper to smoke here. After heaving a sigh, he said, "I quitted."

"Quit? That's great. Now you can attend the talent show my sister invested, can't you?"

Hector compressed his mouth and looked grim.

He had words with Kevin because of it.

He hoped to do what he liked whole Kevin wished him to do a stable job in the company.

Kevin looked down on the jobs which need public appearances.

He even tried to persuade him with his mother as an excuse.

Hector had planned to discuss with him calmly, but when he heard Kevin mentioned his mother, he lost his temper.

They argued for a long time.

He quitted today.

He didn't like the job.

"Well done. Wait, I'll ask my sister to keep you, oh no, package, package you and prompt you a star. When you become famous, that old man will shut up."

"I don't care if I would be famous. I just want to leave that home." Hector leaned on the chair.

He had thought he could bear them, but now it turned out he couldn't.

"What were you talking about?" Katherine came over after finishing the discussion.

Kyle grinned and Hector asked, "When did Marshall leave last night?"

"A few minutes after you left."

It reminded her of the way Marshall looked at her last night, which was creep.

She didn't know how to describe it.

It looked gentle and a bit guilty.

"He seemed weird yesterday." She touched her hair.

"Weird?" Kyle was curious.00☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
